Build and Application Process

There are multiple stages involved in constructing a personalized modular garden room, which includes Consultation, Customization, Manufacturing, and Installation

To discuss your specifications and requirements for a garden room, you can schedule a phone consultation with Forefront Contractors. An in-person consultation will be arranged thereafter, to create the best plan for your garden room, and finalize a start date for the project.

We proceed to the manufacturing stage where we source the best recycled materials from top UK suppliers, cut and treat them, assemble them with insulation and perform testing before shipping and installing them at your desired location.

After selecting your preferred size, the next step is to tailor the aesthetic and ambience of your garden room to align with your personal tastes and preferences. This includes choosing from a variety of finishes, colours, and materials to create a truly unique and bespoke space that perfectly suits your needs and desires.

Our team of expert installers will then arrive on site to complete the installation within 1-2 weeks, ensuring minimal disruption to your home and garden. Once the installation is complete, you can relish and personalize your new bespoke garden space, making it a true extension of your home.

At Forefront, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email. We are more than happy to assist you and provide any information you are unable in our FAQ section.

In most cases, planning permission is not required for a garden room if it meets certain criteria, such as being less than 2.5 meters in height and situated at least 1 meters from any boundary. However, it is always advisable to check with your local council to confirm the rules in your area.
  • Is it possible to connect electricity and water to my garden room?
Yes, it is possible to connect electricity and water to a garden room, but this will require additional work and expenses.
  • What cladding do you use?
We use an Award Winning Composite Panel Cladding. This stunning product achieves a natural look but without the draw backs of real wood. It is a maintenance-free solution that will stand the test of time without fading or defecting in any way.
  • How long does it take to install a garden room?
The time required for installation depends on the size and complexity of the garden room, but it usually takes anywhere from one to two weeks.

Yes. In today’s world, many people when buying a house are now requesting an additional office or leisure space separate to the house. You will find that the cost of your room will add the same value or more when you come to sell. There is no better time to install a garden room.
