This bespoke 9m x 3m self-contained annexe was designed and built to provide comfortable, independent living accommodation within a compact footprint. The building features a spacious double bedroom, modern bathroom, fully fitted kitchenette, and an open-plan living area, creating a practical and welcoming space for everyday living.
Constructed using our insulated light gauge steel frame system, the annexe offers excellent thermal performance, energy efficiency, and low maintenance requirements. Large glazed openings allow plenty of natural light to flood the interior, creating a bright and airy feel throughout.
Finished to a high standard both internally and externally, this project provides a stylish and future-proof solution for multi-generational living, guest accommodation, or additional residential space.
