5.2 x 3 Meter Annex

This building was constructed for the eldest son of the family to have his own living space away from the home after returning from university. This freed up a lot of space for the customers within the house and was a very cost effective way of gaining an extra bedroom and bathroom without the need to move or have costly extensions or loft conversions works carried out. It included a separate en-suite with shower hand wash basin and toilet.
